GOOD LUCK! Call them everyday and bug them! Ask them if they can put the file on "expedited status" After my 11th day straight calling to check status the lady I spoke to at United Healthcare asked me if I wanted to her to note the file with that - I was like "hell yeah!" and the next day I was approved and being operated three weeks later!
