new to this board (hello)

Hi, I'm Jenn.   I just found this board this morning, and thought I'd take a look.  I'm almost out of my 20's, just turned 29. but I plan to stay 29 for a few years   I'm having RNY soon - have my insurance approval (yesterday!!!) and trying to schedule a surgery date.  I am very high BMI so I've been dieting for a few months and have a weigh-in Thurs to make sure I've lost at least 40 lbs (prefereably 50-70).  I'm a student in San Antonio.  Anyway, hello.  I hope to keep an eye on this board.

Hey no worries...I'm 28 but feel younger then I ever have.....30 feels sooooooooo far away......good luck on your surgery and stay positive!

Congrats on your surgery date. I will be praying for you! I am 28 years old and plan on being 29 for a long time as well. I do know that I will be having a 29 and holding party thats for sure! If you need anything let us know and welcome. ~Diana~
