Contact your NUT... you may need changes to your nutrition. Upping protein isnt always the answer... you *can* overeat protein... make sure you are sticking to the guidelines set forth by your NUT. A few things to look at... are you getting in all your water? Upping water can make a big difference. Are you eating balanced? Getting in fruits and veggies? If you are lacking add more fruits/veggies to your diet... especially veggies!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
