what kind of alcohol do you drink?

Okay last night I had my first beer! WOW nothing bad happened but I am such a foo foo drink drinker! And tonight I plan on having a drink but I was gonna have another beer :( Does anyone have suggestions on how to make myself a fruity fun drink with out sugar??? Thanks  Jamie

Yikes! I've been too scared to try alcohol. I hear vodka is a good choice, but so far as a mixer is concerned, most of the stuff has sugar in it. I look forward to seeing other responses! nicole

Hey good question...I have the exact same one and I heard vodka and cranberry juice but I dont know if its true. Sorry but thanks for asking a question that was on my mind too.

I posted sort of the same question earlier this week, but didn't really get any good information. I thought about posting it in the main forum to try to get more answers, but I didn't feel like having to wade through all of the responses from post-menopausal women in bismark, North Dakota telling me how awful a person I am for risking transfer addiction, as if the ladies that lurk there have any perspective on my life as a twenty-something year old guy.Someone, please repost this there and watch the "Flaming" commence! I did ponder this a little bit and I thought it might be a good idea to flavor a mixed drink with some of those sugar free martinelli's syrups - like the one's they use to flavor coffee with at Starbucks. I'm going to look for some of them today, I know you can order them online, but I heard they have them at Sam's Club too. They are supposed to be great for flavoring water too - maybe I'll save some money and make my own Propel Fitness Water...I'll keep yall posted.

Wine is my drink of choice....however I have tried watermelon smirnoff with diet sierra mist....that was great....bacardi limon with diet pepsi....raspberry stoli with crystal light iced tea....vodka with pink lemonade crystal light and sierra mist....there are a ton of different flavored crystal light that are great mixers to anything you might want to drink.

great ideas, I personally love Vodka. I like to mix it with fulfill fitness water and different crystal light flavors. A great one if you like screw drivers is to mix the orange juice flavor crystal light with vodka, but dont stop there, I encourage you to try all the flavors with vodka and even Bacardi good luck and have a blast doing it. Soon you will find your favorite too.

I don't do carbonation, so that leaves out beer or diet soda as mixers.  Juice is full of sugar, so that's out too.

When I'm out and going to drink, I order a shot of vodka & a glass of water.  I carry Crystal Lite packets, pour that in the water (good ones are Orange Sunrise, Lemonade, Cherry Pomegranate, the Wal-Mart brand Cran Apple) and add the vodka.  Very good, and you can order it anywhere.

Im new to this board and I havent had my surg date set yet but has anyone tried vodka and grapefruit juice? And are margaritas out of the question?
