So I can fit into a size 18....and a 16 in some styles......and I love to shop....boy do I love to shop....however I have noticed that i really enjoy going into stores and just trying on several different outfits....but I absolutely refuse to buy anything...I've turned into a cheap a$$....I am in desperate need of clothes as I was a 24/26 before surgery and yet I refuse to spend $22 on a pair of crops because I know darn well in a month they will be too big on me....Now I did buy a skirt and crop pants at Target because I figured hey I'm going to be walking around in my skivvies pretty soon if I don't....I bought this really cute short jean skirt....side note...I haven't worn a short skirt in about 5-6 years.....and wouldn't you know that dang this girl looked cute....however my little sis who is 12 said that I looked really cute but sort of like a hootchie mama because I had heels on and I was "workin' that skirt out".....ummmm thanks I guess.....ahhhhhh what does a 12 year old know anyway? Just thought I'd share! Stacey

I've become incredably cheep too. I've gone from a 28 down to a 14/16. I too refuse to spend a ton of money buying things. Most of my clothes have been hand me down... but you might want to look into the local Good Will.  Congrats on the weight loss!

Congrats. I am in the same situation. I refuse to spend lots of money on clothes. I started at a 24 and now I am into an 18, I have a friend that has given me a bunch of her old fat clothes and that is why I am still dressed, once in a while I buy something cheap. I have been slowly selling my old fat clothing on Ebay and craigslist. I figure the money I earn can go towards something really nice when I reach goal.

I haven't had surgery yet, but what I have been doing is scouting out the sales. I am just buying the necesities for after the surgery so that I won't have to walk around holding my pants up   I just can't wait until I can actually try on outfits!
