Hey Nate: We have a few things in common..I live in Columbia too...Northeast near farrow road and I-77...I also have a goal of 175...I had my surgery in late March and am now down to 228 so I still have another 53 to go...I know what you mean about bad advice in some places...I pretty much stick to this board and the men's forum here on OH, a lot of great advice from some VERY knowledgeable guys there...I haven't gone vegetarian but am definatly eating less meat then before. I love the veggie protein sausage links from Morningstar Farms, and my little three year old daughter does too. I have to make extras or she'll beg for mine and I wind up with nothing. Do you know any good vegetarian places in Columbia, I have been to the Rosewood Market and liked what I found there but their prices were a little bit high - understandable though - it's hard to keep your prices down when you don't have the purchasing power of a big chain and your ingredients are all or mostly all organic. Welcome to the 20 Spot and congratulations on your progress so far...
