Hey everyone what's up? Hope all is well. I'm glad I found this forum it's good to talk to other people who have had WLS and are my own age. Oh yeah I'm 23 and my name is Nicole. Anyways. So I haven't weighed myself since I was a 6 days out and then I was down 22.5lbs, thank god I don't have a scale at my apartment cause I'd be on it every other minute. I've heard that younger people do much better with WLS, is that true? I have no clue what to expect but I know I CANNOT wait until I can shop at ANY store in the mall, right now I'm a 22 and ugh is it NOT fun! Well much <3 Nicole

Hey Nicole! I'm 21 - and I'm dealing with the same things...can't WAIT to shop at any store and I'm obessed with the scale so I had to hide mine...hope ALL is well and you're doing well! I actually just found this forum, too!! Being in your 20's is such a unique age, and I'm glad that other people are going through the same thing at my age...it helps. :)

Hi! I am new too! Sounds like we are pretty similar. I am 22 and a size 22 as well. I haven't had surgery yet, but I am thinking about it. Are you having a good experience?

Hey Nicole, I am 23 as well but I am preop...my date is July 16. I am so with you, I can not WAIT to go shopping at the normal stores in the mall and be able to buy some totally cute new clothes.
