June 7th Surgery Date

I'm new to the boards and today was my first time coming to the twenties board. I'm 28 and for the first time I feel that I'm taking control of my life. Because of my weight I felt I've held myself back from enjoying life to the fullest. Don't get me wrong. I wouldn't trade my family for anything, but I might have had a little more fun along the way!  My lap band surgery is scheduled for June 7th and I can't wait. My DH and the rest of my family are supporting me 100% I look forward to getting to know you guys along the way. P.S. How do you add a dang signature????

Hey there...welcome to the board. I am having my surgery on May 17th-but I'm having Lap Rny. Good luck to you...I'll be praying for you for an uneventful surgery and recorvery!  Oh yeah, and to add a signature. Once you're in the forums section--just look to the left of the screen...and click on user settings. At the bottom of the page it will let you create your signature. Just an FYI--if you're putting a ticker or any other type of picture in there...just copy and paste the actual ticker (or picture) into the signature box...not the url or link. =)
