Today is my 6mth anniversary....and I am happy with my success thus far.  I am not at my OWN personal goal, which was 100lbs lost in 6mths, but had lost 88lbs.  Not too bad!!

I know that I have been off track the last couple of weeks....not exercising consistently, snacking and drinking while eating.  So it was my own fault that I did not meet my goal.  I am not ready to get back on track b/c this is a TOOL and I have to learn to work it from the beginning.  If I cannot stay consistent now, how am I going to do it later.

WOW! thats amazing..you are an inspiration. Its also great to hear how it is a tool and its not something that you can play around with. How soon after surgery did u begin to exercise?

i think 88 pounds in 6 months is amazing!!! but your right about this being a tool... i always heard that pre-op, but never really understood until i was post op... this sure is a tool and not a cure for obesity!!! anyways congrats girl, you are looking awesome!
