All change again

Ok well all has changed I am no longer having my RNY on the 26th it is now April 10th and it is no longer with Dr lederer it is withDr Krook at HCMC. I got a call on wed and was told that Dr Lederer had an emergency and has to go on leave until june, But Dr Krook was his partner and he was willing to take over me case. Well I went to check him out on friday and he is really cool I almost like him better then Dr Lederer. But he wanted to change my surgery to April 10 because he wants me to be the first caase and he need atleast 5 hours if not more to do mine. So I am his only case on the 10th.  I found out that I will be in the hospital atleast 2 nights with draines and have to do a leak test the 2nd day. oh well. The only thing that sucks is that I will start my 3rd liquid diet ib the 27th yuck that will be a total of 5 weeks of a liquid diet in a matter  4 months. YUCK

Congrats once again!

Well congrats!!! Ugh I remember that stupid leak test thing. Oh i thought I was gonna die!! The technician doing it did not realize that I could not hold a lot in my pouch and was trying to force me to drink the entire bottle of that nasty crap. I kept insisting that i was not able to do it. Thank the lord my Dr. happened to walk in right when i was arguing with the guy and he came to my rescue. Anyways I just wanted to tell you congrats on your upcoming surgery!

I know people that have had Dr. Krook - you will be fine. The 2nd liquid diet thing does suck!
