Try won ton soup from a good chinese restaurant. You get more flavor than plain broth and one order of it will get you LOTS of meals. Also...beef vegetable strains out well.
Hey Dork----go to trader joes and get the Vegetable bisque---you dont even need to do anything to it. It is in a box with a little spout and cap so you can just pour what u want and put it back in the fridge. Then just heat and serve. Yummmmmmm
Thanks Shelley and Kaylyn. I ended up sipping strained minestrone soup. That was yumm yumm in the tumm tumm. I just bought some other soups so wish my tummy luck!
