Have you tried to contact your NUT? Mine said if I ever stop losing for 4 weeks or more to call her and we can do an eval. Are you eating too much? Not eating enough? Getting in your protein/vitamins/water? Are you eating too many carbs? Not enough carbs? If you havent been keeping track start keeping a food journal or use something like fitday.com. If you are low on your protein, up it.. .make sure you are getting in your fruits and veggies! Have you been doing the same old workout routine? Your body gets use to a routine in about 6 weeks so ever 6 weeks you should be changing what you are doing. Good luck!

I'm getting in all my water, vitamins and protein. Eat about 900 calories a-day and recently switch my workout.

Switching the workout will definately help... Id check the carbs... you may need to possibly up the amount of calories/carbs you are eating depending on your workout :) Also take a look at what you are eating... try introducing some new foods if youve been eating little variety. Just like we get bored our bored get bored with the same ole things day in and day out!
