Hey everyone! Just thought I would drop in and say hello. I'm 25 from PA and I had RNY on January 5th. I'm looking to find anyone out there who likes to exchange emails on here and just stay in touch. I have been a frequent on the main message board, but thought maybe I would look for some people more my age. Anyone interested?  Thanks much Kerri

Hey Robert...thanks so much! Im doin wonderful! I've lost 37 pounds and over 26 inches. I feel amazing and I'm able to workout again and not double over in bck pain. It's the best feeling right now...especially knowing what I have to look forward to. Looks like you're doing really well yourself. Thanks so much for the welcome and I appreciate the support! Hugs Kerri

I'm in the same boat new to the 20s forum but I had been on the Main board since I've been a member of OH. I thought I would try hanging around some people my age. I am 27 I live in Ga. I havent had the surgery yet but it is definitely in the near future. I would love to exchange emails with anyone who needs some support or just needs to vent or plain ole, needs a pat on the back and a virtual hug**smiles*.   Shon

Hey there...CONGRATS to you! LOL...I've been there done that hun...hang in there tho it DOES get better. You'll be so happy when it does I'm sure. I didn't have much pain, but a lot of belly discomfort from all that fun loving gas! IT is so hard to belive that I'm already going on 2 months post op. I remember when I first began this process and it's so odd to say I'm this far out already. WOW what a journey it has been...a fun one but a lot more enjoyable lifestyle these days...I spend lots of time at the gym these days and it's so amazing the way I feel!  Hang in there girl and feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions! Hugs Kerri

Hey Kerri!  I'm new here to, even if i did post (only a tiny bit) like 5 months ago! Eeek! I had my RNY on Feb 12 and then was let go from the hospital on the day I turned 23, the 14th so it was a grand week for me! So far estactic about it! I'd love to find some people around my age to support and share experiences!   Best wishes! Laura
