Holding Myself Accountable (Day 5)
Here is what I ended up eating yesterday (Thursday):
Breafast - Protein shake
Lunch - 2 hard boiled eggs, 1c Jello, Icecream Bar
Snack - Stick of cheese, Protein shake
Dinner - 5 slices of Smoked Turky with 1 slice of cheese rolled up
Total: 825 calories, 98g+ protein
Well I ended up going to the grocery store because by yesterday I was getting sick of hard boiled eggs... I decided it was time for some meat and cheese!
This will be the menu for today because I wont be able to post again til Monday morning:
Breafast - Protein shake
Lunch - 4oz Lemon Pepper Chicken, 1 Carb Freedom Yougurt
Snack - Protein shake
Dinner - 5 slices of Smoked Turky with 1 slice of cheese rolled up
830pm snack at work - 0.5c Cottage Cheese
1145pm snack at work - Protein Shake
Totals: Calories - 677, Protein - 122g
So I think my body gave up for one day. It said "Be happy with your 7lb loss because you arent getting any more from me this week!" So yea - I didnt drop at all between yesterday and today.
Monday Weight: 194.5lbs
Tuesday Weight: 191.5lbs
Wednesday Weight: 190.0lbs
Thursday Weight: 187.5lbs
Friday Weight: 187.5lbs
We will see what the weekend brings. Being not at work and home all day sucks because I am thrown off schedule.
