I am almost 6 months out and i am beginning to fall off the wagon. I need help. I don't know why this is happening...I never feel good when I eat, yet I continue to eat...what is my problem. I am paranoid that my pouch is stretching. I vomit almost everyday. What is happening to me? Am I sabataging myself? What can I do to stop it?

take a deep breath...calm down...think about all you have gone through with this surgery... and now, CALL YOUR NUT! everything will be fine, but now that you've recognized your behavior do something about it before it becomes an issue like it was pre-op... you didn't do all this for nothing good luck hun! xoxox, Kris

If you are throwing up every day you need to contact your surgeon ASAP. As stated above I would also contact your NUT. Are you in a support group? If not find one in your area. I would also consider talking to a therapist that specializes in eating disorders or going to an OA group in your area for additional help. Its good you recognize that your behavior is not good for you... now its a matter of taking the reins and changing things into a healthier direction.
