Just checking in!
I haven't posted anything on this board since my depressing ramble. I just wanted to update and say that Im doing somewhat better. Ive been walking almost every day and I even told my whole family about the surgery. 
Everyone was really supportive. I just need more friends!! I get so depressed everytime I sign online and don't have any emails! haha
But yea I've lost a total of 19lbs from my heighest weight and I have about another 6-7 before my medical team will bring me up for approval. Next meeting with nutrition is the 19th. I hope I lose more weight this week!! Any support would definetly be appreciated! Has anyone else had to meet a weight requirement before surgery? I've heard of not being able to gain but not many other people I know have to lose like 10%. My program sucks. If it wasn't for the surgeons rep and the great people I've met in support groups I woud've switched a long time ago.
Im just in this waiting period. I feel like my whole life is just wait. Ive been in this program for two years already and I think surgery would be great- any time now. Im going insane! 
We'll see, I'll keep everyone updated.
Also I just finished the book The Real Skinny on Weight Loss Surgery and I really enjoyed it. Even for pre-ops that have researched and know everything, you can never know enough and it really makes you reflect on yourself. I enjoyed it.
One more thing- I tried the FREE protein samples from www.healthfitnesschannel.com (hanks protein) and they were great. I think I made the chocolate one wrong because it was peircingly sweet but when I made the vanilla it tasted just like rich ice cream. I know I did something wrong with the other one. Try it out- its free.
