Please help me I have a question???

Hey guys, I had surgery will be 2 yrs in December Im down from 277 to 150. Thank god I havent gained any weight back, but recently I've been eating ALOT and junk food. I am not getting full, I eat and stop then 20 mins later im eating again. My husband told me to snack on fruits and veggies. Im starting to do that but Im still worried has this happened to anyone before. What did u do aout it? At work I always have a snack in my hand its hard for me cause im always eating. Please Help???? I am only 3 months out but have been having a similar issue. I started working at a Drs office and all day long its food food food. I have been "grazing" during the day taking little bites of stuff here and there. First junk food is soooo unhealthy - its all fillers and fluff so thats why you are eating 20 minutes later My NUT said the same as ur hubby - fruits and veggies to snack on. She said to cut up a bunch of stuff so I have a variety and "feel like I am eating something". Also - have to go back to basics and stick to the rules... my rules are 3 meals 2 snacks no eating or drinking 1/2 hour before or after eating. Have to get out of the habit of having the snack in your hands! I find I eat when I am bored so it is hard when there is down time at work because I want to eat. If you can try and identify when you are wanting these snacks it may help. Remember that high fiber foods keep you fuller longer so eating some lo-fat cheese on whole wheat crackers (like triscuits or wheat thins) will keep you fuller longer than cruddy junk food. I love stuff thats crunchy and like to snack on Soy Crisps... low fat, calories and have protein. For me, I am finding substitues for things I use to eat with something healthier. Good luck!
