This afternooon I was in the shower and my older son kept on knocking on the door...he knows that MY shower is MY time and to leave me alone for a few minutes. BUT he kept on knocking and knocking and saying that there is a lady on the phone and it's important. Sooooo....I got out of the shower dripping wet and went out to get the phone. It was the schedule lady from my surgeons office....my bloodwork was fine, I don't need any further testing AND they scheduled me an appointment with my surgeon to go over my insurace approval packet. I was soooo happy....she said that when I meet with Dr. Murayama we'll go over my insurance approval and schedule my next appointments (pre-op dietician appointment and anesthesia appointment)....yyeeeaaahhhh
I'm so close...so so so close...I just have to wait until October 4th for this appointment and it's all downhill from there. It'll go by so fast...I can't wait.
But...I do need to 
a letter out for my insurance approval...does anyone have any samples that they submitted to insurance that they'd like to share with me so I can get an idea of what to write. I thank you in advance if you do....I so appreciate it. 
Now it's back to
