support group in LA area

For those that are interested, there's two groups regularly meeting at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, CA. They are great resources for someone considering WLS or in the pre-and-post-op stages. For those in the beginning or just-out from surgery stage, the Tuesday group is led by peer mentors who've had the surgery themselves. Lots of questions answered and good tips shared. WLS Emotional issues GROUP MEETING Mondays 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm Location: Huntington Hospital Campus Research Conference Hall, 734 Fairmont Ave., Pasadena, CA. 91105 Free parking for both meetings is available off Fair Oaks Ave. just past Congress street.
