I've just started my journey and my pcp recommended a 1200 calorie diabetic diet. I'm not diabetic...and can't say I'm taking the diet seriously. I'm not good with diets at all, that's why I'm here I guess. I have to weigh in each month with my pcp yada yada yada...I suppose I can do one LAST diet before I am approved to get the help I need, but I'm not doing that diet. I think I'm going to follow the Weigh****chers Core Plan....it's always been good for a 10-15 pound temporary weight loss. I know this diet by heart since I've been a Weigh****chers junky for 3 years now. I also think I"m going to join yet another gym b/c my Angel said to start building muscle now so that I won't have a big problem with loose skin. I'm going to do water aerobics b/c it's easy on the joints. Too bad it's all elderly people in the classes that I've observed.
