LOL, I got so many emails from so many people. It really makes me feel great. People who have not had WLS, think it is the easy way out. But it is Physically hard not to mention Mentally. We needed the surgery, because being obese it a medical issue not a will power issue and needed a medical fix. Thanks so much again , I love you woman.

I go to the Gym 3 days a week only. Mon, Wed, Friday. I Do Biceps and Triceps Mon, Chest, Back Shoulders Wed, Than Arms again on Friday, than switch up. Monday Chest, Wed Bi's, Firday Chest. I lift for 1 hour on those days. After Lisfting I jog for 10 mintues and walk for 10 minutes, than I do abs for about 15 minutes. Thats all Total Workout ABOUT 1.5 hours to 2 every other day NO WEEKENDS>>>>> I drink an isopure drink only on the days I workout, adds 160 calories and 40 grams protein NO CARBS. Fruit Passion is the best and can be bought in a bottle at GNS. Good Luck.
