I've just got A SURGERY DATE!!!!!

dude after a freaking YEAR!!! I just got a surgery date!!!!! a real one this time.. I've been through two false starts, 3 surgeons, two insurances and a gazillion appts.. and here I am.. DON'T GIVE UP!!!! hell yes! love sara

Your story sounds like mine...and I have a date too! I first started with Kaiser, was told my surgery was scheduled for 3/1/06. Kaiser then denied me and I appealed. During the appeal, was told surgery would be 8/1/06...that everything would be fixed with Kaiser by then. Then *sigh* the company I work for was sold to a national company (read...BETTER INSURANCE)!! So, I have been with MAMSI for 1 month, approved and scheduled for August 10th!! The journey has been long so far, but isn't it worth it now to know that in a year we will be thinner and healthier!!!???!???
