I'm a Newbie!

Hey all, I'm new to OH but so far I love it! I've found a few boards that are great but was looking to talk to someone closer to my age and... tah dah! I found it! My name is Dana, I'm 23 and I'm from the Philly area. I'm still in the beginning of my journey but I've already gotten my approval letter and I'll have my surgery date by the end of the week (That's my happy dance, lol) I talked to the schedulin coordinator at the hospital and she said that my surgeon is still scheduling in July so eveyone please keep your fingers crossed for me. There's a chance that I'll be able to have my surgery the 2nd or 3rd week in July, which would mean that for me the process from initial consultation to surgery date would only be 2 months!! Anyway, I would love to talk to anyone who is at the same stage that I am and if I'm a little further along, don't hesitate to ask me any of your questions. I've been reasearching my surgery (RnY) for the past 2 years so any knowledge I've gained I'd be more than willing to share. Thanks for checking me out. Dana
