Mona, my insurance now sucks.. It is different than the kick ass insurance I had that paid for my surgery 100%. There is no way that they will pay to get my pouch calibrated. I feel funny even calling it a pouch because I know that at this point it is a full fledged football sized stomach again.

Going to send you a fb req when I get off here tonight. I also take some meds and I know that has been a huge problem for me. And I have the mirena now (probable too much information, sorry) and that is when the majority of this extra weight has piled back on. My hormones are out of control!!!

Funny you say that about reading my old posts.. I would love to!! BUT.... my old blogs are gone!!! My surgery was in 2004 and I guess that they were all lost when OH switched over to their new format. Its very frustrating and annoying!! I messaged them to see if they are gone forever but I received no response!! Any old timers know how to retrieve them? I feel your pain KB, I had to buy size 16 stretchy jeans today. I wanted to cry. I am so embarressed.

Its just like you said... We all KNOW what to do.. we've all been through this... the simple fact is that I am a food addict, I always have and always will be. Its alittle crzay too these days bc I am restricting my calories so much that I am obsessing about every little small thing I am putting in my mouth. Id rather be addicted to losing than addicted to 20 twinkies a day. I have also moved since my surgery and have no support groups where I am now. Thats ok tho, bc Im sure Id be way to embarressed to even walk into one at this weight.

Today went well. I went to Oband. My Bmi was perfect to have the revision. I don't have any health problems therefore they said they'll have to prove I have sleep apnea. I can have the sleeve or the band. I'm thinking sleeve but afraid I may lose too much. Today I went for a consult they already did my ekg, blood work set me up for pysch, nutrion, stress and ultrasound appointments. They stated bibs will deny and they appeal with their team of lawyers. The place was absolutely beautiful and very ckean. The Dr. Name is Weismann. I think....it went so quickly I didn't have time to think. I'm just happy I get another chance to finally make weight. It's getting harder to not think about food....lol. I live in Florida

Denise, when I get off here tonight Im going to send you a fb request. I know how you feel about nighttime, when its me and my tv and my fridge and everyone is asleep, thats when I have huge issues. I originally started on the lose it app, but I feel that myfitnesspal is much better (more user friendly). The only time i dump after 10 years is when I eat butter.. which sadly, Im not eating at all right now.... Being 50 pounds up is really taking its toll on me and its so frustrating.

Topic: RE: Back, after a long absence and a 46lb regain - My story, 4 & 1/2 years out!

A personal thank you for sharing your story - and the current success.  While I'm pre-op and learning the ropes I appreciate hearing "from the trenches" well after the initial surgery and success. Time, stress and habits can take their toll.  You've taken charge of your life and that what really matters, doesn't it?

Keep up the good work, hope to see another post from you soon with even more success and confidence.
