I have to go back and see her I think for all the results. I do take sublingual B12.. Better take more!
ouch..
B12 470 is dangerously low... some people may experience permanent nerve damage (documented in literature) for levels below 550... I feel like crap when my B12 is under 800
ferritin 41 - that is OK.. if you don't menstruate.. I start feeling like crap when my ferritin drops below 50..
how about D? B1? K? B6? A? etc
what about calcium with PTH (just calcium with no PTH means nothing)
and other numbers??

Just hang in there Lori there are going to be rough patches but when you see how everyone views you when you get to your goal it will be all worth it. chin up buttercup...

Yes, let me see if I can get that info for you. Also, you take two Flintstones Complete chewables a day.. not sure I said that
Yes!
I regained 60lbs of the 200 that I had lost. My regain was gradual over a 2 year period. I finally put an end to it and got back on track.
I lost that 60lbs in 5 months.
It can be done! I just cut my carbs really low and focused on my protein. I lost all my regain quickly (44 of it in 2 months..which was 20% of my body weight). And now I have gone even lower than I was when the regain began.

I'm with ya. It's time for me to just get stricter about the carbs and diet in general. I need to drink more water. I have really gotten bad about drinking things other than water. Even diet coke...even though I know it was a no no I thought I could handle it, but I know thy I shouldn't have. I started journaling with my fitness pal this week and plan on doing better this week. With a super group like u guys maybe I can do what I need to. 😇
I'm getting back on track, too, and I'm very relieved. It literally is a relief to just give up every other thing I've been doing and "resign myself" to the fact that I need to stop drinking with food, I need to stop eating all those carbs, and I have to get out of my desk chair and walk!
I've got some big events this year (including a big HS graduation) so I'm serious about this. To give my pouch a chance to get back to normal size after being stretched, I am doing protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, eating a high protein and vegetable dinner, and another protein drink for a snack. I'm not eating rice, pasta, bread, potatoes, all the things that make me turn into an addict again! lol
Feel free to chat anytime! I'd love to compare notes as we work on restarting! I have about 45 pounds to lose..or should I say RElose. We can do this!!
Extended tummy tuck/hernia repair on July 28, 2008! Five pounds of skin removed!

In 2008, I went to Panama and had an upper and lower body lift (abdominal and thighs), abdominal plasty, 16" of skin off the front and 8" off the back. There was also some lipo done. I also had breast reconstruction and lift. I was down there for three weeks. The total cost for everything was under $20,000. This included my flight and hotel costs. When I came back to the states, I had another 3 weeks of recovery. I am so thankful that this was done. Dr. Picard-Ami. I have sent several others his info. They have went down and all went just as well as mine. Awesome job.
