You have had a rough few years. I hope the help you get from your center gets you back to where you want to be.
Good luck
Soy based drinks can be an option,,, unless like me you are allergic or don't like an idea about soy based drink...
I discovered I am allergic to whey and soy. From so many of the vegan drinks i tried - the only few are drinkable... IMO.
Vega line- the Vega One or the Vega sport are oK. The Vega smoothies are really nice (IMO) then there is Orgain ( I think Costco sells the chocolate)
If you used to more earthy tastes - The Hemp protein powder can be mixed with flavors and it is drinkable.
The rest I tried - were to me either off or plain nasty.. I still kept them and added to my baking (instead of flour).

It takes a lot of courage to take charge and share. Putting yourself out there and telling your story is brave. So many people you will inspire. You are going to kick ass.
So I woke up this morning and there were all these beautiful responses. I am back in the right place.
That demon is always about isn't it?

Sleep apnea is a real killer. I have worn CPAP for 12 years and I will wear it probably for my whole life. I thought after my weight loss it would go away but for about 10% of patients it doesn't.
It's okay though. I put that mask on and I'm asleep in minutes.
Surgery is a big f*(((**** deal. It's a lifetime thing no matter what you do. Good luck to you.
