Do any of you drink it?
Do any of you "think" or "know" that it will stretch your stomach?
* I drink Diet Sierra Mist maybe 3-4 times a week* Its not the soda per say but the carbonation that I feel I need
Its so hard to believe its been three years and I'm maintaining for the most part. My normal is about 163-168 but for the past probably two months I've been at or around 170-173, so a few to lose. I will be at least 163 at my 3-year check up!! My lowest weight has been 155 but I'm not quite sure how I got to that. It is defiantly a lot harder now as I eat what I want good and bad! I am still going to the gym 4-5 days a week I was doing 6 days a week for about 1/5 years. Just tired need to change it up I guess. Any suggestion on how to do the next three years and take one year at a time!?
12 years out and I thankfully can not eat very much so I try to make good choices . Screw up sometimes, not perfect but maintaining my loss. I personally would not do a shake if you feel hunger. I can eat one egg. But each person is different.
Ah yeah. I was concerned when I gained 15lbs. Apparently not concerned enough because I swear it was overnight when I woke up to 30 pounds. You decide. Should you be worried?!?
I've been looking for vegan sources too....bodybuilding.com offers a number of choices and a couple get decent reviews.
I had my bypass at the right place. The surgeon was excellent but that's only one day. He has an outstanding team. In 2 weeks time I've seen the PA,nutritionist, and Thursday I will get iv iron. All with supportive and non shaming attitudes. Awesome!
