Join the Back On Track Together OH Group. We have a daily check-in/eats thread where we share what's going on and what we're eating for the day. That has helped me to stay on track. If I don't list it, I don't eat it. Or, if I'm thinking of eating something, the idea of going in and editing it makes me not eat it. LOL but true.
By regaining, what old habits have creeped back in? Grazing and eating too many simple carbs are usually among those habits. Substitute grazing and/or carbs by eating protein first, then vegetables. Lean dense protein will give you the satiety and last longer to help you not graze or turn to carbs.
Overall, go back to the basics you ate when you lost weight after WLS. Stay on OH and read posts, reply and post like you did here.
Know that you can do this!!

Get out the measuring cups and food scale. Track every bite. Be honest with yourself about how much you are eating. I cut back about 500 calories a day when I need to lose a few pounds. Make a plan and stick to it. Stop making excuses if you really want to lose it.
You can lose it, but it is 100% up to you.

In short - going b as ck to basics: dense proteins first, limit carbs, not drinking at least 30 -45 min after a meal. Nit drinking with a meal..etc.

I stayed away from soda for the first 4 years, not for any particular reason other then I really lost my taste for it.
I couldn't stand diet sodas so it was no big loss. Then I tasted a coke zero. First time I really liked a diet soda. I started drinking one or 2 a day with no problems but when I saw my new surgeon (original surgeon retired) he about blew a gasket when I told him I drank soda. So I figured it was no big deal and I stopped.
No I mix sugar free drink mix with some sparkling water, just enough to give it a little fizz. Sometimes I use seltzer water. About 50/50. I haven't rode that past him because I don't see him for a while but it doesn't seem to be doing any harm and I actually think it's better for me because I am getting less sweeteners, even though I always dilute the drink mix with twice as much water to begin with. I just don't care for plain water.
It is funny when I get to work with my bottles of water and sparkling water and drink mix. It looks like I am doing some kind of chemistry experiment.

Wow. It looks like you have been very successful. Have you ever in your life been able to maintain this kind of weight loss? Awesome.
The weather is getting better. Maybe some activity outside the gym would shake things up for you?

I quit drinking it after surgery because it hurt my pouch. Then when I tried it later it just tasted too chemically. I don't believe it will stretch anything. I also went the first 6 months without caffeine as a prophylaxis against ulcers.
I am now a solid caffeine addict.
