calcium citrate

Citracal has a chewble chocolate calcium citrate out now. Yeah they have 4 grams of sugar, but I'm thnking 2 a day after lunch & dinner would be a substitute for something junky & yet give me my RDA of calcium citrate, and help me remember to take them. I have problems remembering to take anything that requires more than one a day and since I can't take iron and calcium at the same time I sometimes forget one or the other. this is the first time I have seen a calcium citrate in this form . I had wished I could take viactive, but it is carbonate and not so good.

Just posted about these somewhere else! LOVE EM. Chocolate Mint is my favorite. I didn't care for the caramel. Chocolate is OK too. Overall YUM, like a treat after a meal. I've tried the Twinlabs chewable calcium citrate also, supersized sweet-tart type things in a citrusy flavor. Not bad. Found it at the local health food store. But I like the Citracal chews much better!
