WEDDING ADVICE

Now some of you know I'm getting married to an OH grad in July. I couldn't be happier. This is a first marriage for us both and since I waited 40 years to do this I know that I'm ready and almost mature enough to handle it. I have been struggling to drop 20 lbs before the wedding. I have been stuck within 3 lbs for the last month. Up one down two, then up one. Now I have been working out like a fiend 5 days a week. Michelle and I are walking 3 days a week and I ride my stationary bike another 2 times a week. On top of that I've limited the portions and I'm following the rules of protein first. Lots of water, but none with my meals. I've noticed I'm not eating as much as I used to be able to which is good and my stamina is better again. I have noticed my clothes are fitting better, but the scale isn't moving. My question is if I'm exercising, eating good and limiting my calorie intake daily to around 1,600 calories for a six foot tall man that should get me to loose weight right? But I'm not. Any suggestions on what more I can do to kick start this weight loss again. I lost over 300 lbs since my WLS three years ago but the last year I have stalled and I'm still about 40 lbs from my goal. I really want to get there so any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Calvin
