Ok, its gone! I only spent one night in the hospital and they let me go early because my pain was so minimal. I am home now and actually getting some much needed rest... of course I did not get any sleep in the hospital. I am not allowed to do much until my surgeon releases me, like not picking up anything over 15 pounds and the worse... no driving! I will call his office tomorrow to make my follow up appointment. At least for now, the pain that I do have is less then before it was removed. AND I got to be home for Easter. Donna 277 148

Donna, That's wonderful, glad everything went well for you. I'm sure you will be feeling so much better now. I was lucky to get mine out when I had surgery. Amy

Hey Donna ... glad to hear everything went well. The surgeon I met with last week wanted to take mine out this week ... I said NO WAY. It's "tentatively" scheduled for May 5th, but I'm thinking I need to pu**** back to June (can you tell I really don't want to do this?) ... Just curious, what were your symptoms that your gallbladder was causing you probs? Anyway, glad you're home ... I was thinking about you all weekend!! Karyn
