not complaining... just tryin to get out of a pot hole...

so everyone knows about the DDD(spinal disease) that i have... well doc has had me on NO workouts now for 2 months.... i am allowed to walk... but NOTHING else... i watch what goes in me and i have a daily journal for food and water/protein... i thought i was doing good. til lately i have noticed that my weddin ring at night gets really tight... i know fingers swell at night..... so this am i get on the scale first time in llike forever and i am up 16 lbs.... i know this is bc of not being able to exercise..... what am i to do??? i dont want to continue gaining i actully like me now... so any suggestion that ya have i would love.... Oh and i went to the doc last wk and asked him when i could start workin out again... and he said all you can do is walk.... this to me is not good....

The only thing I can suggest is increase your walking or how abou****er aerobics? Laurie

I've been challenging myself with steps (it's all Mitzi's fault) and because I've increased my walking to 3 times per day of about 3 miles each I've really been dropping the weight. give it a try!! Pat
