18 months post-op

today i am 18 months post-op, i weighed 300 pounds pre-op, day of surgery 260 ,and today 140. it's been a great 18 months no complications, i have pics in my profile but none very recently.will update soon.not much difference between now and last photos posted.

Excellent, Teresa. Just remember that you need to keep with the 5 meals and 2 protein shakes [my meals after bkf/before lunch and after lunch/before dinner are protein shakes w/30 gms]. That will keep your body from thinking it is being starved and perhaps even stave off some bounce back.
