lol Leilani! I'll tell you ... I have the utmost respect for Michelle (vitalady) ... she is never "in your face" or self-promoting to sell a product. She is one classy lady, and she will be getting a LOT of my business.
SO ... what have I learned? I've learned there's class and not-so-much-class. I've learned that some people forgot where they came from. I've learned that when a site gets as many members as this, it may not all be peachy keen, and yes, there will be differences of opinion (when the SM site has as many members as this does, lets just see what its like).
I've learned that I'm here for support, as are most others, and it is my choice to post, lurk, or leave.
I've learned that I still need help, from whoever is willing and/or able ... but I've also learned that I still need to help others also.
I've learned that I don't care about someone's popularity, and although I learned this in grammar school, I've learned that popularity alone doesn't make them a decent person.

If anything I learned that I have a lot to learn.
I need to learn why I don't give a crap about Susan Maria.
I need to learn why it is far more meaningful to me that my relationships are based in the real world and in real time, and real space and not in the flat void of the web.
I need to learn why Susan Maria matters.
I need to learn how she could have made a difference in my life.
I need to learn what difference she has made in the lives of others.
I need to learn why there is not room in my WLS super hero kingdom for the likes of Susan Maria and her Tostito busting ilk.
... just that my suspicions about her were validated.
I worked in retail for a long time and I loved it, I was a good salesperson.
The longer I worked for the company I began to realize that for alot of people in this company, it was all about the dollar. Somewhere along they way they forgot about the customer. That was a big company (Stores nationwide) and they have since gone out of business, no surprise there.
Anyway long story short, because of my experience I generally don't trust salesmen/women.
I stayed fairly neutral until I read the rant.
I was nerver a customer but I might have been one day...
not now.
Hugs
Wendy
P.S. Flintstones vitamins rock!
1. That nobody's perfect (big surprise).
2. That everyone has and is entitled to their thoughts, observations and opinions, even when they don't agree with mine.
3. That we spend too little time addressing the important things on this board, such as what we can do to support those *****ally need us.
