Terrible burning pain

I'm 14 mths post op (rny) For the past two nights, I have been awakened by an awful burning/pain in my pouch. After sitting up for a little while it goes away....any ideas?

I have had pain like this 2 or 3 times since surgery, but not for almost a year now. The first time I got it was probably around 7 months out. My doc prescribed Prilosec OTC for 2 months, and that took care of the issue. She thought it was probably minor ulcers. It happened again, same treatment, same result. Call your surgeon. It could be any number of things including acid reflux, but needs to be followed up by the surgeon. Best of luck.
