Someone else posted something on this topic, but I wanted my own post! I am nearly 2 years post op and have started slowly putting weight back on. I am calling it weight creep. I tried on a pair of pants this morning and they fit, but were a bit more snug than the last time I put them on. I have gained 10 pounds in the last couple of months. That has sacred me. I feel like I did when I was obese. I got ****y because I was able to eat anything I wanted and still lose weight because I was only eating a smidgen. I can eat more, though not nearly as much as a "normal" person, but I find I can put away a lot in the line of crap snacks. So, now it's time to get serious. I was told for weight loss you should only be taking in 1000-1200 calories per day. What if you have less than that? I will get back into my pants some hell or high water, I got most of my new clothes from Nordstrom, Saks, Gucci etc and I sure ain't about to outgrow them now!!!! -=db=-

I have stalled for a long time and finally lost one pound when I upped my water and calories. My body will not lose if I am eating only 700-800 calories. I know how you feel. It is my biggest fear. laurie
