You are my goddesss and I worship YOU LOL CAn I borrow your gun?? the scale is an evil device, pssessed by satan to make our lives on earth a living hell. Whats up with increased working out and gaining 8 pounds? (ME) I went from 125 to 132, which puts me over weight. ( then gained 5 more from fluid retention and laying around the house being a slug after my last plastic surgery) The trainers at the club say muscle. My pants are not tight. My measurements are the same. So I gained, but I am not fatter. the numbers are not reletive, How we feel is the important thing, being healthy and strong physically and emotionally and liking our selves, and not basing our worth on what the scale says 5 times a day. I am trying to wean off of it. Heroin would be easier to quit I think. I am down to weighing every other day , and working towards once a week. It is all very confusing and weird.

I saw this post and it was halarious. If I didn't live smack in the middle of Birmingham city, I would do the exact same thing. Too bad my grandmother sold her farm! I'd love to blast my stupid scale to peices.

I admire your guts! My scale hasn't been my friend lately either. And just yesterday I got pretty disgusted with myself, and have vowed to do better. I would love to get 10 pounds off and stay there, but I'm not going to weigh myself every day. Like another poster said, go by your clothes, how you're feeling, and we all know what we are putting in our mouths, and whether or not we exercised. Keep up the good work, Lily! Carlita
