Oh, and I added about a teaspoon of splenda to cut the acid/tartness of the tomatos. Michele

How funny, I'm making cioppino tonight, which is basically an Italian Fish stew. I added some shrimp, calamari, cod and some clams in shell. Hmmmm. Very good for you, rich in anti-oxidents and high in protein. Good choice Michele! Pat

Hey!!! Long time no see... How have you been? I just bought some dried kosher fish this evening... I usually eat salmon, but thought I woudl give this thing a try. What 'cha been doin' lately. I've had family member with broken neck and eating hospital food... gaining and trying to lose weight... Your fish stew sounds delicious, and wish I could eat it instead.

Well hello to you =) I'm doing "ok". The depression is no better. I'm trying very hard to cope. Dried kosher fish eh? Hmm, I've never had that. Salmon is wonderful, but it doesn't like me anymore. I can eat a very small amount of smoked salmon, but even poached salmon either gets stuck, or comes back up. I was thrilled that the talapia in the stew stayed down Sorry to hear about your family member, thats got to be rough. *hugs* Michele
