I hate yogurt . . .
but I hate gaining more. I've tried every brand, texture, flavor and I hate them all. I can tolerate Key Lime Pie by Yoplait. It's so few calories and fat that I've just decided I'm going to have to acquire a taste for it. Besides adding fruit, what else do some of you put in your yogurt to make it more tolerable?
Thanks,
Lily
Lily,
I'm not a big yogurt fan either, but I've found a few that are pretty good. I like the Dannon Light & Fit peach (has little chunks of peaches in it) but I've just tried the Blue Bunny Carb Freedom Vanilla Creme and loved it! 6 oz. has 90 calories, 3g. fat, 5g. carb 5g. sugar & 9g. protein Also really like the Blue Bunny Lite 85 Homemade Apple Pie (80 calories, 0g fat, 14g. carb, 8g. sugar & 6g. protein), It has more carbs & sugar than the Vanilla Creme but still within my "acceptable" range. The Blue Bunny Lite 85 Raspberry was OK but I liked the other flavors better. If you haven't tried these, give them a taste. They might surprise you!
FYI - found the Blue Bunny at our Super Wal-Mart.
