Fitday.com Question
I have been using FITDAY.COM to track my daily food, which is helping me realize that everything that goes in the mouth has a calorie (imagine that!). I would like to see what a week's worth would look on a scale type of thing so that I can see what my numbers are on a weekly basis rather than just daily. Has anyone done this? If so, can you show me how or link me to what you did? Also, I see that if I go back to the previous day, the numbers are no longer there, even though I pressed the "store" button. Anway, I really like to be able to see how much I have left for the day and what everything costs in calories. I got the advice about fitday from someone on this board, but I don't see too many people talk about it. Thanks in advance for any advice. Missy.
On the left hand side there is a button for report**** that, when the new window opens there is a box with "where are my calories coming from" use the drop down box to select week and hit go. This should bring up graphs of where your cals are coming from and what your average is for the week. Hope this helps you.
