What is your goal today?

Hi everybody,My first goal of the day is to tell everyone who went to the Smokies this weekend,Welcome Home and I hope you all made it home safe and sound!!!Also I had a lot to do today beside's just staying on track.I have to clean house,run some errands and then come home and get dressed really professional.Because today as the Youth Service Bureau Commitee we have to get together and have a meeting and then go to 3 different towns and present ourselves to 3 area schools in each town,for a total of 9 schools.Then I need to come home help the kids with thier school work,fix dinner,andget ready to go play darts for my league.Well I hope you all have a great day!!! Wow, you're busy today!!!!!! My goal is to do the 3mile WATPE video, LOL, doesn't sound hard does it?!?!?! But I can't get motivated so..........I need to get off the puter and go Walk away the pounds!!!!!!!!!!!! Tracy B 328/160 5'9"

My goal is to stay at 1200 calories or below and do an hour of cardio and weights. The cardio and weights are a given. The 1200 calories will be the difficult task.

Hi Candi, I'm late posting today but my goal is to make wise choices (so far so good), drink lots of liquids and exercise. I'm struggling with that so I made a pack with my boys yesterday to jump on the trampoline everyday and go bike riding. Don't get much out of the bike riding, my little one is so slow but it'll give us time together and it can't hurt. Dana
