Hi everybody,I hope you are all doing well today.My goals today are to keep on track and to not snack a lot today,I have to finish up the baking I have left to do for the Bake Sale.And also do some things around the house.Well I hope you all have a great day!!! Candi

My goal today is to stay away from the evil carbs! I'm trying really hard to lose these last 4-5 pounds. So it's back to basics for me. More water, more protein, no bad carbs. So far, so good. Today I've had: Nectar 23 gms prot 90 cal 2 protein bars 22 gms prot 250 cal 1 clemantine I have no idea 1 moz cheese stick 8 gms prot 80 cal 56 oz water Supper will be pork chops if I can cook them so they are moist and tender. Maybe the pressure cooker.
