What R U Eating today?
Gee, Valerie, I guess you like cheeseburgers, huh? LOL
It's only 10:45 here, and so far I have had:
2 lemon cookies (my bad but they were AWESOME!)
1/2 whole-grain bagel with peanut butter and jelly
1 banana
For lunch, I will have a Healthy Choice frozen entree, and probably some applesauce.
Mid-afternoon, I usually have some type of protein bar.
And for dinner, it will be protein-based, maybe fish or chicken, with salad, and maybe a baked potato.

Break: 1 flaxseed bagel with a slice of swiss cheese (8 grams Protein)
Snack: 1 Slim Down low calorie / high protein bar (15 grams P)
Lunch: 1 can Weider Pure Pro shake (35 grams P)
Snack: 1 Slim Down low calorie / high protein bar (15 grams P)
Dinner: Taco Salad is the plan. (Lettuce, tomatoe, salsa, ground beef, black olives) (approx 25 grams P)
Evening: 8 oz Cytosport Vanilla Bean protein shake (36 grams P)
Water, water, water.

Its still so hard for me to imagine how you guys cannot be hungry on such small amounts!! But then again -- I WISH I could eat such small amounts!!! I have the lapband but am completely unfilled due to upcoming PS, so basically its like I never had WLS!!!

Br: Slimfast high protein
coffee w/milk & Sw&Low
Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich on a cheese baguette (OMG!! I ate BREAD for the first time I think since surgery!)
Coffee again (don't usually have 2 cups so no for me tonight!)
Sn: the other 1/2 of turkey sandwich
D: "salad bar" night (my kids favorite)
and of course lots of water in between....

B: coffee with scoop of champion whey protien w f/f vanilla creamer
after about an hour a cut up bosc pear
L: Subway 6in tuna with cheese,mustard,tom,olives,pickles and a few cool ranch doritos. NO Bread and I ate maybe half of the filling.
32 oz of iced tea with sweet n low
snack 1 peanut butter girl scout cookie
D chicken enchalada's no tortilla beans, rice,applesauce
took 3 of four chewable vits. one more protien drink later. DOes this sound like alot????
