Need help from exercisers

Trainer has me eat or drink protein 45 - 60 minutes before the workout. When I don't, I've noticed I don't have as much stamina. Good luck! Deb

I almost always exercise in the morning before eating. I usually do the treadmill or the eliptical for an hour and weights then I shower and get ready for the day. I'm usually up for a couple of hours before eating and I've never experienced a problem. Hope that helps! Lily
