What is your goal today?

Hi everybody,I hope you are doing well today!My goals today are to not eat any of the delicious items I have to bake today for the Youth Service Bureau bake sale.Then I need to go shopping,wash dishes,do laundry,work on some crafts,go and pick up some more craft items,sweep and mop floor's,clean up the kid's rooms because I am tired of them not doing it so today it is all being packed up in trash bags and secretly taken to my boyfriends garage until they learn to keep thier rooms clean and then they will slowly earn thier stuff back.Plus I need to finish up some stuff I din't get done yesterday!Well I hope you all have a great day!!! Work, pay bills, do laundry, eat healthy and get in some extra walking. Not a very exciting day ! The weekend will be here, soon. Karen G

Thanks Candikisses !!! I got through what was planned for yesterday and today, I just want to get through. Really tired today. Only got 2 hours sleep. (YAWN) Tonight is my Euchre Night, so I will be heading home at 4 and catching a nap before that starts at 8. Have a great weekend !!! It's gonna snow here tonight. Boy, I sure miss summer. WOW Candi, just reading your day has made me tired I am just trying to stay sane. Regular household chores, and trying to make good food choices all day, get in all my fluids, and pills! Have a good day jesi

Jesi,This is a normal day6 for me,I am always doing something,it also helps to keep the mind off of food!!!I hope you were able to accomplish all of your goals!!!Have a great weekend!!!

keeping to basics today for me...and since i get to telecommute 2 days a week sometimes that makes good choices easier...some days harder. But for today i'm going to focus on getting in my water (which i have been bad at lately) and consciously NOT snacking or grazing during the day. okay it's in writing...so be it ~amanda
