What is your goal today?
Hi everybody,My goal today is sensible thinking and eating.For some reason I have stopped losing over the last month and I don't know why I don't eat a lot!!! I have 2 string cheese for brakfast and lunch and then have a meal for dinner.So I know I am not eating a lot so I don't know why I am not losing anymore!!!So today I am going to sit down and try to figure something out!!!!Well I hope you all have a great day!!!
