What is your goal today?
OK everybody, my goal today is to make up a schedule of how many times a week I have time to exercise and then set it in stone!!!Then I need to get my house back in order because I slacked off this weekend,then run some errands and come home and bake some stuff and work on some crafts for the bake sale the Youth Service is throwing.Well I hope you all have a wonderful,wonderful day!!!

My goal today is to not be so hard on myself. Its time to give up some of those pesky self talks about not being good enough. The baggage has been with me a long time so I see this as a long term goal. I like your exercise goal....I did that a few weeks ago and I have been keeping with my goal. I do it 4 times a week. And it does not matter what days they are as long as they are within the same week. I feel better about it too!
