ok, I am getting back on track today!!!
I hate snow!! It means I can't get to the gym and when I can't do that I get so depressed now. That sounds funny for me to say, but I really do enjoy working out. I have been home for 2 days and eating like a banchee, whatever that is?? It is not good. Today is the day, I am getting back on track. I went to spinning this morning and I am going to go back this afternoon and work with my trainer and do my weight training circuit. I also am going to start tracking all my food again on fitday. Thanks for reminding me about it. Luckily I will be really busy today. I always do better when I have more structure. Yesterday was just a mess.
