ok, I am getting back on track today!!!

I hate snow!! It means I can't get to the gym and when I can't do that I get so depressed now. That sounds funny for me to say, but I really do enjoy working out. I have been home for 2 days and eating like a banchee, whatever that is?? It is not good. Today is the day, I am getting back on track. I went to spinning this morning and I am going to go back this afternoon and work with my trainer and do my weight training circuit. I also am going to start tracking all my food again on fitday. Thanks for reminding me about it. Luckily I will be really busy today. I always do better when I have more structure. Yesterday was just a mess. So I am back Lori

thanks for the encouragement. Sometimes I feel like I am all alone since I don't go to our group anymore. It was getting too big and it was all pre-op focussed. thanks again Lori

It feels so invigorating to get back on track after you've been off it for awhile. I hope it really motivates you to keep it up! Kristin

I was only "bad" for 2 days. And I felt so guilty. Good thing I see my therapist this week. It would be so easy to slip into bad habits again with the bad dreary weather. I did work out for 2 hours and 42 minutes yesterday. My husband thinks I'm crazy. hehe Lori
