Protein diets and shakes

I gotta say the Power Crunch Bars and the Achieve One Cappuchino drinks are the best of either that I've tried. But count the calories, both have alot and need to be worked into a plan. Michelle

I love the Unjury powders! https://www.unjury.com I can't tolerate milk, so these are the main two things I do: 1. Add the chocolate powder to soy milk. (very good!) 2. Add the Vanilla powder to chocolate flavored "Carb Countdown" milk. (Wonderful!) Both of these really fill me up. It is a great fast lunch or an easy dinner when I'm tired. I have not tried the bars cuz I think they are too much like candy and I don't want to start that. (Just my preference.) Tom
