I can't tolerate milk, so these are the main two things I do:
1. Add the chocolate powder to soy milk. (very good!)
2. Add the Vanilla powder to chocolate flavored "Carb Countdown" milk. (Wonderful!)
Both of these really fill me up. It is a great fast lunch or an easy dinner when I'm tired.
I have not tried the bars cuz I think they are too much like candy and I don't want to start that. (Just my preference.)
