I want to know what your ps gave as reasons for "medical necessity". I"M just begining the ps process but would love to have insurance cover some of it. I've already been denied for my eyes & brow b/c I only have 25% field of vision loss, they require 30% loss. The fact that I can't see stop lights and such in my perhiperial vision makes me nervous (and probably a bit dangerous) on the roads but not enough that BCBS will cover the cost of surgery. Guess they would rather pay for a hospital bills if I have a bad car wreck! Sorry for venting! Congrats on your good news! Vickie J.
